Factions Or Prohecies Chars
Heres the situation:
I have GW and GW factions. I bought factions just a few weeks after Prophecies therefor I only have one char completed the game, with the rest lvl 1 in pre-searing. With that said, would I be better recreating my 5 lvl 1 chars in factions? Advice appreciated. |

I say recreate one there. Then you can choose what to do on the other four based on the following points:
Which is easiest to level up in (if you want lvl 20 fast or not) Which faces do you prefer? (factions and prophecies have different ones) Which campaign is more fun to play through? Which armour would I prefer? I'm sure there are more points that could sway your decisions too |

well my vote if for factions.. u have access to the storage in 30 seconds.no need for running around post for hours.. (but u need 50g yikes) you can get to level 20 a lot faster and skip all thoses missons (after post, great wall, fort ranki, etc...)
but if your level 1 in pre are more then 6 months old or close to a birthday they keep them until you get your 1 year gift |

So far I have been finding prophecies campaign more fun, however, the factions one more challenging.
Chess... he said he got the games few weeks ago |

One thing that would sway me to create at least one Factions character, if I was in the OP's position, is trying out the new professions, which you can't start in Prophecies.
There is also the difference in the training given. IMO the training in game mechanics, in Factions is mostly better than in Prophecies. However, if you do delete one of your lvl 1 characters to create a Factions character and find you prefer Prophecies, you can easily recreate the Prophecies character without much loss. |

I'd say start at least one Factions character to get the story, if you enjoy the story/plot of the game. Another factor in deciding is the facial looks of the character you're creating. They faces are different for starting a Factions character than starting a Prophecies characters.
If your character slots are full and you don't want to delete any, you could buy another slot in the summer I guess. If you really want to wait. Or another account if you really want to do that. I prefer not to juggle more than one account. But I'm sure I'll take advantage of buying more character slots. At least for more storage. It's not like I'm using 6 or more characters at the same time so I can have the inactive ones hold items. Last edited by Linksys; May 13, 2006 at 11:05 PM // 23:05.. |

I would create at least a couple of them in Factions. The starter island is much more interesting than pre-searing is, and as someone else said, you can create assassins and ritualists if you start in Factions.
